1-teaspoon organic pumpkin seeds
1-teaspoon organic flax seeds
Preparation: Grind seeds in a little grinder and serve immediately. Sprinkle over grains or greens, or stir the flax meal into soups, beverages, cereals, or salads. This mixture must be prepared fresh daily, due to its high rate of oxidation. Use this high in omega-3 fatty acids mixture for best results three to seven days a week.
Options: Use only organic flax seeds, or add different seeds or nuts to the mixture for taste or added nutrient content. Soak some of the ingredients and dry them before grinding. Use sprouted seeds and nuts.
