Ingredients:
1-teaspoon organic pumpkin seeds
1-teaspoon organic flax seeds
Preparation: Grind seeds in a little grinder and serve immediately. This mixture is best if prepared fresh daily, due to its high rate of oxidation. Otherwise store in cold please for 3-5 days max. Use this high in omega-3 fatty acids mixture for best results three to seven days a week.
Use one tsp. or sprinkle over grains or greens. Stir the mixture into soups, beverages, and on salads.
Options:
Add different seeds or nuts to the mixture for taste or added nutrient content.
Soak ingredients and dry them before grinding. Use sprouted seeds and nuts.
