Gabriele's work is rooted in the macrobiotic understanding that food is one of our greatest medicines — that the quality of our food, the way it is prepared, and the spirit with which we eat profoundly influence our health and our lives.Drawing upon the teachings of Michio Kushi, the wisdom of traditional East Asian medicine, and current research in integrative nutrition and healthy aging, she offers personalized guidance that is both timeless and practical. Her approach honors the body's innate capacity to heal while recognizing that lasting wellness grows from the everyday choices we make.
"Health is our natural state. My work is simply to help people find their way back to it."
