Welcome to the 5-Session Wellness Training Program               
  


The 5-session Wellness Training Program last about 3 month and it is a good option if you want to take a slower pace and less time commitment with your wellness studies.
You may however continue with the rest of the 5 session to finish the 10-session program at a later time.

Many advanced students have taken these 5-sessions to refresh or boast their wellness and holistic macrobiotic education and lifestyle.

THE 5-SESSION WELLNESS PROGRAM includes the following:

 

  • Five private one-hour sessions with Gabriele Kushi, held approximately every 2 weeks. During the 5 private sessions Gabriele will discuss your questions regarding your handouts and your cooking practice, your progress and on how to best reach your goals. (Sessions are held via Phone, and via Skype when available)

  • This program provides introduction to 5-macrobiotic food groups with recipes send to your e-mail for each session

  • Handouts and study materials concerning  sustainable lifestyle solutions send to your e-mail for each session

  • 5 macrobiotic cooking class videos send to your e-mail for each session

  • Natural food guidelines, pyramids, and macrobiotic plate

  • Nutritional, alternative and holistic research material

  • Studies of the macrobiotic yin yang system

  • Unlimited E-mail support during the duration of your program
