Gabriele implements a multitude of whole grains, legumes, beans, bean products, a variety of root-round-green leafy and sea vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, seeds and nuts, in a variety of enticing ways. Her seasonings and first grade oils are traditionally made and come from sustainable gardens.

Besides her delicious whole foods vegan dishes, Gabriele prepares upon request, a variety of savory entrees with fresh wild fish, flavored with mouth-watering wine sauces.
