At each class Gabriele will be introducing a new food group from the Macrobiotic food pyramid. She will provide teachings on lifestyle and food, food cutting techniques, food preparation demonstration, natural foods info for all food groups, the macrobiotic food pyramid, seasonal menus, macrobiotic yin yang and seasonal teachings. Lifestyle is everything that nourishes us. Food is everything that comes on a plate. Classes also include handouts and recipes.
Gabriele loves to visit the local Farmers Markets for her fresh produce. She gets her staples like Miso, Tamari, Adzuki Beans, Sea Vegetables, and Brown Rice from Natural Import.
