Gabriele Kushi’s attention to fine arts cooking and healing and her interest in the nouvelle cuisine enriches her macrobiotic certification as a cooking instructor and natural health and lifestyle consultant.

Gabriele specializes in creating her outstanding gourmet menus with the freshest, organic, low-fat ingredients, without sugar or other refined foods. The seasonings and first grade oils she used in her cooking are traditionally made and come from around the world. She implements a multitude of whole grains, legumes, beans, bean products, a variety of root-round-green leafy and sea vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, seeds and nuts, in a variety of enticing ways to create her menus.

Besides her delicious whole foods vegan meals, Gabriele also provides, upon request, a variety of savory entrees with fresh wild fish, which she often flavors with mouth-watering wine sauces. Gabriele expends every effort to provide the finest quality and best tasting meals.
